We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in either Bendigo VIC or Mulwala, NSW. The position is full-time. You will need to be a confident, skilled and detail-oriented individual ready to thrive in a busy setting.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Construction Induction Card (White card)
- Current Drivers Licence

Skills required:

- Previous experience in building maintenance, defects, warranty or aftercare.
- Experience within modular or prefabricated construction – highly advantageous
- Physically fit and able to perform the physical requirements of the role
- Comprehensive knowledge of building methods, processes, and materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements & efficiencies
- A positive and solution driven mindset
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to help others and work within a team
- Personal pride in the quality of your workmanship and strong attention to detail
- Confidence to work independently
- Ability to meet required deadlines
- Ability to inspect building defects and determine appropriate rectification requirements.
- Ability to be front facing with clients and residents

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of YMH maintenance matters following the formal handover of completed builds to clients.





- Coordinate inspection, assessment, scheduling, rectification and close-out of maintenance matters.
- Establish appropriate priorities based on urgency, impact, safety, client requirements and available resources.
- Ensure approved maintenance works are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Undertake site inspections where required to determine the nature and extent of reported issues.
- Confirm completed rectification works meet required YMH quality standards before closure.
- Maintain visibility over outstanding maintenance items and proactively address delays or barriers.
- Develop and maintain a forward maintenance schedule across YMH completed projects.
