About the Role
Working in partnership with the Office Manager and Workroom Supervisor, the Workroom Assistant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the leadership of the Workroom and assisting in the delivery of efficient, responsive and business-critical office services. The role provides day-to-day supervision (end of day) of Workroom operations, supports facilities management activities and ensures the team delivers high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
The role combines operational expertise, team leadership, problem solving and customer service excellence to maintain service continuity, drive operational effectiveness and contribute to a resilient and sustainable Workroom function which operates on-site and externally.
About You
You are an experienced office services professional with a background in workroom, facilities or office services, ideally gained within a professional services workplace. Experience coordinating workflows or providing guidance to team members will be highly regarded.
You are customer-focused and take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to colleagues, clients and visitors. Adaptable and proactive, you can confidently manage changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
With excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, you are known for your attention to detail, sound judgement and practical approach to problem solving. You enjoy finding solutions, taking initiative and consistently delivering quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
You are also comfortable undertaking the physical aspects of the role, including setting up meeting and event spaces, managing deliveries, handling supplies and supporting office moves, always with a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Finally, you are digitally savvy, with strong Microsoft 365 skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies and business systems that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace, where our differences are also our strength. If you are interested in this role and our firm (but don’t necessarily meet every single requirement in this advertisement), we encourage you to contact us to discuss potential opportunities.
