- Cover Letter – detailing interest, any experience, study in chosen vocation
- Resume – include three references
- Academic Transcript copy (ie TAFE / VET studies if available)
- Dates of Placement – up to one week, please note any absence ie attend TAFE for VET study

- Workplace Learning Agreement Form (see your School Student Pathway Leader for a copy)
