Criteria:
- Previous customer facing experience in a hatted restaurant or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- A genuine interest in food and creating memorable dining experiences.
- A proven ability to work as a part of a large team encompassing section waiters, food runners and cocktail bartenders.
- A solid understanding in styles/properties of food and wine.
- WSET an advantage.
