Summer’s coming, two new restaurants are opening, and we’re looking for people who love making guests feel welcome.

The Apollo Restaurant Group is hiring section waiters, runners and bartenders across five Sydney restaurants. Whether you’re experienced on the floor, know your way around a bar or want to get started in hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

- The Apollo, Potts Point: Greek food, generous shared tables and neighbourhood hospitality that keeps guests coming back.
- Cho Cho San, Potts Point: Our take on Japanese izakaya dining, with a raw bar and a lively dining room.
- Olympus Dining, Wunderlich Lane: A 200-seat Greek restaurant centred around a sprawling bougainvillea, with charcoal cooking and a room made for celebration.
- Baptiste, Wunderlich Lane: Our new French neighbourhood bistro. A chance to help bring a restaurant to life as part of its opening team.
- Tenjo, Wunderlich Lane: Our recent Japanese rooftop restaurant, bringing sushi and Japanese dining to a setting above the precinct.

Each restaurant has its own personality. What connects them is how we look after our guests and each other.

Who we’re looking for

- Section waiters with experience managing a section and a warm, confident approach to guests
- Bartenders with relevant bar experience and care for what they serve
- Runners who bring energy, pay attention and are keen to learn

Across every role, we’re looking for people who work well with others and have availability over summer, including evenings and weekends.
