We’re searching for a passionate Store Manager to open our exciting new 2XU store in Geelong, driving performance, inspiring a high-performing team, and bringing the 2XU athlete mindset to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening of a brand-new store in one of Geelong’s most vibrant and growing retail communities. You’ll have the opportunity to build your team, shape the store culture from day one, drive commercial performance, and create an exceptional 2XU experience for the local community.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, build strong connections with the local fitness and active community, and play a key role in establishing 2XU’s presence in Newtown.

What You’ll Do

- The opportunity to open and shape a brand-new 2XU store from day one
- Drive store performance through sales targets, KPIs, and team development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, passionate, and energetic team
- Create a strong store culture centred around performance, teamwork and the 2XU athlete mindset
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Connect with the local Geelong fitness and active community through events, collaborations, and partnerships
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that reflects the 2XU brand

What You’ll Bring

- Proven retail leadership experience, ideally with premium, performance, sporting or activewear brands
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, sport,



and high-performance apparel
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate your team
- A track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong operational skills across rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising and store standards
- Commercially driven with a strong customer-first mindset
- The energy and enthusiasm to build something recent and make your mark
- A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships within the local community
