Verra are partnering with a couple of established commercial builders delivering work in excess of $100mil across the commercial-resi sector, as well as varying institutional settings being health, education & aged-care.
With both builders securing a fruitful pipeline of work, we are assisting with the appointment of Senior Contract Administrators to take the lead on various projects that are about to come out of the ground.
Having Tier 1 capability, but remaining nimble and close to the coal face, both builders offer a very hands-on role that will have you in complete control of the project's commercials and financials.
Whilst you will have autonomy to take the lead, support will always be there and available with carefully structured teams in place and a genuine breadth behind the PMs & CMs.
Naturally,
these sorts of opportunities will bode well for someone with experience across the upper Tier 2 realm in hands-on environments, however, we are very open to exploring commercial professionals from Tier 1 businesses.
Ideally, you will have managed and taken the lead on contracts around the $100mil area (minimum) and have sector experience across large-scale multi-residential / commercial mixed-use developments, or large scale private / public education builds, aged-care developments and complex hospital builds.
