The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Manager, West to lead Bridge’s housing services across the Western Sydney portfolio and oversee Bridge Housing’s Income Coordination and Rent Review function.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this senior leadership role is responsible for translating Bridge Housing’s strategic priorities into regional action, ensuring high quality service delivery, solid customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and sustainable operational performance across a large and complex portfolio.

Leading through Team Leaders and other portfolio leaders, you will create the conditions for frontline teams to succeed by setting direction, building capability, driving accountability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also contribute to the broader leadership of the Customers and Communities division, working across regional and functional boundaries to improve services, resolve systemic issues and lead organisational change.

This role offers an opportunity to influence both regional service delivery and organisation-wide practice while helping create better outcomes for residents and communities.

What a day in the role might look like

- Leading and supporting Team Leaders across tenancy management, housing programs and income coordination functions
- Translating strategic priorities into clear regional plans, performance measures and operational actions
- Monitoring portfolio performance,



customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational risks across a large portfolio
- Providing guidance and escalation support for complex tenancy matters, critical incidents and sensitive customer issues
- Using data, customer feedback and frontline insights to identify service improvements and strengthen outcomes
- Collaborating with leaders across the organisation to improve service delivery and remove barriers for customers
- Overseeing the delivery of accurate, compliant and customer-focused rent reviews and income assessments
- Leading change initiatives, operational projects and service improvements across the portfolio
- Building strategic partnerships with government, community organisations and sector stakeholders
- Coaching leaders to build capability, strengthen performance and foster safe, inclusive and high-performing teams
- Ensuring the effective implementation of Bridge Housing’s Management Operating System (MOS) and organisational priorities

The role provides both regional leadership for housing services across Western Sydney and organisation-wide oversight of Income Coordination, creating sustainable outcomes for residents, communities and Bridge Housing.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a values-driven leader who combines strategic thinking with strong operational leadership and a genuine commitment to customer outcomes.

You will bring:

- Significant leadership experience within a complex, regulated and customer-focused service environment
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management practice, the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW), NCAT and community housing operations
- Experience leading through other leaders and managing large,



geographically dispersed or multi-disciplinary teams
- The ability to translate strategy into practical plans, priorities and measurable outcomes
- Experience managing complex operational, customer, workforce, compliance and reputational risks
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management, resource planning and performance reporting
- Experience leading service improvement, organisational change and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- The ability to use data, evidence and customer insights to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
- A commitment to creating psychologically safe, inclusive and high-performing team cultures

Desirable
- Experience overseeing tenancy management services across a regional or multi-team portfolio
- Knowledge of community housing rent setting, income assessment and rent review requirements
- Experience using income, service and customer data to improve compliance, service quality and financial sustainability
- Experience building partnerships across government, community and housing sectors
