We are seeking a motivated Assistant Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.
The Chance:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Melbourne office on St Kilda Road. As an Assistant OC Manager, you will play a critical support role across a variety of premium high-end portfolios, supporting two OC Managers.
Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and governance of some of Melbourne’s most prestigious buildings.
Your Day-to Day:
- Prepare and issue correspondence including breach notices, AGM documentation, and client communications
- Respond professionally and promptly to client and committee enquiries
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Assist with financial administration
- Maintain accurate owners corporation records and registers
- Support Annual General Meetings, including attendance, vote tallying, and minute-taking
