Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The Clinical Research Coordinator will work closely with principal investigators, research staff, and study participants to facilitate successful research outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from initiation to completion.

Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants according to study protocols.

Obtain informed consent from study participants and ensure ethical conduct of research.

Schedule and conduct study visits, including data collection and follow-up appointments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study activities, including case report forms, source documents, and regulatory files.

Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Communicate with principal investigators, research staff, and study sponsors to provide updates on study status and resolve any issues.





Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, amendments, and continuing review reports.

Assist with the preparation of study budgets and financial reports.

Ensure the proper handling and storage of study materials, including investigational products and biological samples.

Participate in training and educational activities to stay current with clinical research practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.

Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent preferred.

Proven experience in clinical research coordination.

Solid knowledge of clinical research protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
