Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide assistance and support to a female participant located in Bray Park.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Also have availability on both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help individuals with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany individuals to appointments
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Communicate effectively with individuals, management and healthcare professionals




- Monitor and report any changes in an individual’s condition
- Provide a protected and comfortable environment for individuals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- NDIS worker Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children card (Blue Card)
- Cert III in individual support or willing to obtain
