Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Building Caretaker who can work independently and contribute to our ongoing success.

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm

The successful candidate will be responsible for Building Caretaking of Highrise Strata block on Tweed heads as per contracted caretaking scope of works reporting to Managed Services Division Manager.

Key responsibilities:

- Minor administration of trades and periodic essential services
- Maintaining of common area landscaping
- Cleaning of common area toilets
- Cleaning of all communal common area spaces
- Bin changeovers
- Bilaw monitoring
- Testing and upkeep of swimming pool.

Requirements:

- Previous successful experience in a similar role including demonstrable experience and confidence in cleaning and gardening
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to communicate appropriately with wide-ranging audiences including tenants, client representatives, trades, contractors, regulatory authority personnel etc
- The ability to work independently, manage workload effectively and follow daily work schedules
- Effective organising, prioritising and problem solving skills




- Strong administrative skills and the ability to maintain office admin systems, including safety related/sign-in books and job requests etc
- The ability to communicate professionally and effectively
