Pricing Analyst: Turn data into decisions, pricing into profit, and insights into impact.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY...
Are you passionate about data, pricing strategy, and driving commercial performance? As a Pricing Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in maximising revenue and margin performance across a diverse product portfolio, particularly as we look to grow our presence in the US and UK markets. Working closely with Finance, Customer, Technology, and commercial stakeholders, you'll transform data into actionable insights, influence pricing decisions, and help shape competitive strategies. This is an exciting prospect to combine analytical expertise with commercial acumen to make a measurable impact on business results.
DAY TO DAY YOU WILL...
- Manage pricing updates and uploads with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Apply revenue management principles to optimise company revenue and profitability
- Develop and enhance revenue reporting templates, analytical methodologies, and presentations
- Create models and provide insights on airline performance and pricing outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement through new processes, tools, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Build deep market intelligence across key segments and provide pricing recommendations to selling divisions
- Analyse supplier performance and support the development of reporting, requirements, and commercial outcomes
- Monitor competitive activity and assess the impact of pricing, promotions, and rebate programs on revenue
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and internal performance data to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and models aligned with business objectives and market conditions
YOU'LL BE PERFECT IF YOU HAVE...
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or other data visualisation tool)
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities
- Experience in or open to incorporating AI into your daily work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and teamwork capabilities
- The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience in a similar pricing, revenue management, or yield management role
- Experience within airlines, online travel agencies (OTA), travel wholesalers, car rental, ancillary products or hotel industries
