We deliver projects across solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), high voltage connections, substations, balance of plant and associated civil, electrical and mechanical works.

About the opportunity

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Based in Hamilton, Queensland, this permanent full-time position involves collaborating with various teams to implement quality assurance processes and improve overall project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Develop, implement and manage project-level Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Review and approve material test certificates and compliance documentation
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and analyse quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring

- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management,



Engineering or Construction Management
- 4 – 8 years’ experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within construction, infrastructure or renewables
- ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification (desirable).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and relevant standards.
