We’re putting the feelers out for a Marketing & Communications professional to work with us on a freelance basis, with the potential for the opportunity to grow into something more permanent with our clients.
This is an Expression of Interest, rather than a traditional job ad.
We’re looking to connect with someone who is hands-on, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys making marketing happen.
Ideally we are looking for people with experience in packaging, innovation and B2B.
The work could include things like:

- Bringing marketing plans and the annual calendar to life.
- Working closely with Sales and Innovation teams to turn ideas and briefs into action.
- Helping build a stronger and more engaging social presence — with a big focus on creating attention and relevance.
- Briefing and working with agencies and designers.
- Managing website and EDM activity with agency support.
- Supporting events, campaigns and customer initiatives.




- Finding opportunities to build customer value and support sales.
- Keeping an eye on analytics and providing regular reporting on what's working.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who ticks every box.
Maybe you're an experienced B2B marketer looking for your next challenge. Maybe you're a excellent content and social marketer who wants more commercial exposure. Or perhaps you're a freelance marketer looking for an interesting brand and teams to work with.
