Summary:

The Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our medical practice in Woollahra, New South Wales. This position is essential for ensuring the efficient functioning of the practice, enhancing patient satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of care. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to optimise practice performance and implement best practices in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
- Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Enhance patient experience by addressing concerns and improving service delivery.




- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a medical or healthcare setting.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
