Connect Resources is currently recruiting experienced personnel for an upcoming Tier 1 civil construction project in the Western Downs region of Queensland, with mobilisation commencing from late October 2026.
- Undertake general civil labouring, earthworks and site preparation duties.
- Safely operate Rollers, Moxy/Dump Trucks and Telehandlers as required.
- Assist with material handling, loading, hauling, compaction and site maintenance.
- Conduct daily plant pre-start inspections and report defects.
- Work alongside site crews to achieve project targets.
- Follow all site safety procedures, SWMS and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean and productive work environment.

Requirements:
- Previous civil experience in a similar role
- Construction White Card
- RII Telehandler, Roller and Moxy Tickets
- Current and valid driving license
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Ability to acquire a national police clearance
