We’re seeking cheerful, customer-focused horticultural salespeople who love plants, enjoy helping others, and take pride in creating positive customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for horticulture and customer service.
- Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture.
- Previous retail or garden centre sales experience is highly desirable.
- Good plant knowledge, especially of Australian natives, will be a strong advantage.
- A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
What the Role Involves
- Providing outstanding customer service and horticultural advice.
- Recommending products and assisting with pest and disease troubleshooting.
- Helping customers to their vehicles with purchases (plants, pots, bagged goods, etc.).
- Operating the Point of Sale system (training provided).
- Hand watering, plant care, and general nursery maintenance.
- Weekend work will be required as part of a casual position.
