About Us
Annabel’s is a brand-new neighbourhood wine bar set within the walls of a 150-year-old heritage hotel in the heart of Caulfield South. Opened in May 2026, Annabel’s is a sophisticated yet welcoming neighbourhood wine bar with a relaxed, community-led atmosphere. Our focus is simple: local producers, seasonal menus, and service that feels natural, not scripted. After opening it is now time to grow and expand our team.
What We’re Looking For
Supervisor
- Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations
- A good wine knowledge and a passion for sharing it in an approachable way
- Ability to guide guests through the wine list and offer thoughtful pairings
- Comfortable supporting staff training and maintaining wine standards
- Available to work a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Bartenders
- Confident behind the bar with strong service instincts
- Comfortable making classic cocktails and signature drinks
- Ability to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
- Available to work a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Front of House
- Warm, attentive, and guest‑focused
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment that offers table service
- Some knowledge and/or interest in wine and the enthusiasm to learn more
- Available to work a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
