TMA Group is looking for an experienced Group Estimating Manager to lead our estimating function across Australia, Current Zealand, the Philippines and Fiji.

The Opportunity

- Lead and develop estimating teams across multiple locations.
- Oversee commercial print, labels and business forms estimating.
- Drive faster, more accurate and commercially competitive quoting.
- Own estimating standards, costing and pricing data.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Production and Technology to improve margins.
- Help shape and implement a new commercial print estimating platform.
- Lead continuous improvement across CERM and Monarch.

What You’ll Bring





- 7+ years' print estimating experience.
- 3+ years' experience leading estimating teams.
- Strong commercial print and/or label estimating background.
- Experience with print MIS/estimating systems — CERM highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of print production, costing, pricing and margins.
- Commercial mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.
