Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality meals that enhance our guests' dining experience. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and dietary requirements.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Follow recipes and portion controls for consistency
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure productive kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
