URGENT HIRING: Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher (Automated Machine) Location: Richmond, NSW Work Type: Casual / Event-Based (Primarily Weekends) Shifts: Mostly Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings (Hours depend on event schedules) About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join the quick-paced kitchen team at a reputed function centre in Richmond. This role focuses on operating a fully automated dishwashing machine to maintain a smooth flow of clean equipment during high-volume events. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor a fully automated dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize all plates, cutlery, glassware, and cookware. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free dishwashing station. Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning, rubbish removal,



and basic kitchen support as needed. Ensure all kitchen hygiene and safety standards are strictly met during busy event services. What We Are Looking For Availability: Must be available to work weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), with shifts depending on the event calendar. Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience: Previous hospitality or kitchen experience is a plus, but full training on the automated machine will be provided.
