Star Phones is a well-established mobile accessories retailer with 55+ stores across Australia. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team in Parramatta, NSW.
Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time
Hours: 24–50 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, power banks and other accessories
- Promote products and confidently recommend suitable accessories
- Assist with basic mobile phone repairs and services
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment
About You:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident and comfortable with sales and upselling
- Positive, energetic and motivated attitude
- Reliable, responsible and well-presented
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
What We Offer:
- $27.81 – $35.00 per hour
- Monthly performance bonuses of up to $1,000 – $1,500
