Sales Representative – Scaffolding & Construction Supplies

Location: Rocklea, Brisbane QLD

We are looking for a motivated, confident and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing team in Rocklea, Brisbane.

We specialise in supplying scaffolding and formwork to customers across Queensland and Australia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, building long-term relationships and growing a business.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Following up new enquiries and generating new sales opportunities
- Preparing quotes and following up on quotations
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
- Communicating with customers by phone, email and in person
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales
- Working closely with the warehouse and management team to ensure orders are handled smoothly
- Keeping up to date with stock availability and pricing
- Supporting customers with their current and upcoming projects

About you

We are looking for someone who is:





- Confident and friendly with good communication skills
- Motivated and enjoys working towards sales targets
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
- Able to build strong and long-term customer relationships
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experienced in sales, construction, scaffolding or building supplies (preferred but not essential)

Scaffolding or construction industry experience is highly regarded, but we are also happy to consider someone with strong sales experience and the right attitude.
