We are expanding our field teams and looking for reliable Civil Labourers and Leading Hands to join us in delivering key telecommunications infrastructure projects across the Melbourne region.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day civil construction and network deployment tasks on site.
- Safe operation of hand tools,
power tools, and light machinery.
- Following site safety procedures and job site risk assessments.
- Working collaboratively as part of an active field crew to deliver quality installations.
What We Are Looking For
- Attitude & Reliability: Enthusiastic, dependable team players who take pride in doing quality, safe work.
- Outdoor Focus: Individuals who enjoy active, hands-on outdoor work.
- Experience (Preferred for Leading Hands): Prior experience in civil construction or telecommunications is highly regarded for supervisory roles, but entry-level labourers require no experience.

Requirements
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Willingness to complete standard background clearances (First Aid, CPV Police Check, Anti-Money Laundering Check).
