We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our Area 7 Charcoal Kebab Food Truck in Maidstone. Responsibilities: Open and set up the food truck Prepare and cook charcoal kebabs and menu items Take orders and serve customers Food preparation and meat marination Prepare stock and ingredients for the next day Check stock and report anything that will run out within 1 or 2 days Keep the food truck, cooking area and equipment clean Pack and store food correctly at the end of the shift Close and secure the food truck Follow food safety and hygiene standards We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and organised Positive with customers Able to work independently Experience in kebab,food truck,restaurant work is preferred Maidstone Monday to Sunday from 4:00pm to 1:00am If you're interested, please send us a message with your experience and availability.
