We are looking for an experienced Pie Maker / Baker to join our production team at our Rosebery food manufacturing facility.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, with 6:00am–7:00am starts depending on the production schedule. No weekend work.
The Role
You will be involved in the production of our range of pies, sausage rolls and other savoury products.
Duties will include:
- Preparing and working with pastry and pie fillings
- Making and assembling pies and savoury products
- Operating pie-making and bakery equipment
- Baking and monitoring products to ensure consistency and quality
- Following recipes, production sheets and batch requirements
- Preparing products for packing and storage
- Maintaining a clean and organised production area
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Assisting with general bakery and production duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a pie maker, baker or in a similar food production role
- Is reliable and available Monday to Friday
- Is comfortable working in a busy production environment
- Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products
- Has a good understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Is physically capable of the lifting and manual work involved in food production
Experience making pies, pastry or savoury bakery products will be highly regarded.

Location: Rosebery, Sydney
Employment: Full Time
Days: Monday to Friday
Start: Approximately 6:00am–7:00am
Weekends: No regular weekend work
We offer a secure, full-time position in an established food manufacturing business with on-the-job training provided for our products, processes and equipment.
