Store Manager – Beauty Retail

About the role

Love beauty and enjoy leading a team? We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can create a welcoming shopping experience, develop a confident sales team and keep daily operations running smoothly. Store site available: The galeries,Castle Tower, Rouse Hill , ECQ outlet.

You’ll work in-store, take ownership of sales and service standards, and report directly to the General Manager. Alongside managing your store, you’ll support selected operational tasks across our NSW network, giving you the opportunity to broaden your retail management experience.

Key responsibilities

- Lead daily store operations, actively serve customers and coach your team to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor sales, transaction numbers, average sale value and items per sale, turning results into practical improvements.

- Run daily team huddles covering sales priorities, product recommendations and promotions.

- Plan and review rosters against customer demand and labour budgets, coordinating cover for unexpected absences.

- Maintain strong store presentation, merchandising, pricing and customer service standards.

- Manage replenishment, stock transfers and tester usage; check negative stock quantities every Monday and resolve discrepancies.

- Review faulty, damaged or stolen-product reports and coordinate approved inventory adjustments.

- Help prepare monthly promotions with Marketing using sales results, stock levels and customer feedback.

- Follow up on store messages,



credits and operational issues, and prepare sales reports when required.

- Support other NSW stores through occasional visits and coordination with store managers, Accounts, Marketing and the warehouse.

About you

- Retail management experience, ideally in beauty, skincare or a customer-focused retail environment.

- Enjoy working on the shop floor, selling products and helping your team succeed.

- Confident managing stock, rosters and labour budgets.

- Comfortable using POS systems, Excel and sales reports.

- Organised, proactive and able to follow through on tasks.

- Willing to travel between NSW stores when required.
