ROLE DESCRIPTION / COMPANY BRIEF

Drake International is partnering with a leading Allied Health provider with a strong presence across Metro Sydney. Due to continued growth, multiple Occupational Therapist opportunities are available across Blacktown, Campbelltown, Croydon Park, Hornsby, Liverpool, North Rocks and Sylvania for New Graduates, Early Career and Experienced Clinicians.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support participants across paediatric and adult caseloads, completing assessments, therapy interventions and recommendations that improve independence and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive Technology assessments and prescription
- Home and environmental assessments
- Therapy interventions for adults and/or paediatric clients
- NDIS reporting and recommendations
- Home modification recommendations
- Community and clinic-based appointments
- Liaising with families, carers and stakeholders

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Experience in NDIS, community,



rehab or disability services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in assessments, therapy and complex supports
- New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
