You will facilitate Aboriginal cultural capability training across the South Western Sydney region, supporting staff to build their knowledge, understanding and confidence to work respectfully and safely with Aboriginal people, families and communities. You will also contribute to broader cultural capability strategies and initiatives that strengthen culturally safe workplaces and improve the experience of Aboriginal people accessing our health services.
