What you'll be doing




This rewarding role is responsible for providing efficient administrative support and exceptional customer service to patients, carers and clinicians within the Outpatients Department. You will help ensure clinics operate smoothly while supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

· Coordinate, schedule and manage outpatient clinic appointments and patient bookings

· Register patients and maintain accurate information in iPM and Cerner systems

· Provide professional customer service to patients, carers, visitors and healthcare staff

· Support clinic operations by arranging interpreters, rescheduling appointments and managing enquiries

· Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes and achieve positive patient outcomes

Selection Criteria:

1. Experience in a frontline customer service role and the ability to effectively manage difficult and challenging situations.

2. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Proven time management and organisation skills with attention to detail

4. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs

5.



Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding workplace

6. Demonstrated experience in organising and setting work priorities
