Westar Trucks Campbellfield is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to support our Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and Warranty team. This unique position sits at the heart of the dealership's service operation, helping keep jobs moving efficiently while providing technical, administrative, and customer support as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who understands truck dealership service operations and enjoys working across multiple areas of the business. You'll spend much of your time supporting workshop workflow, coordinating information between departments, assisting with warranty processes and stepping in to support customer-facing Service Advisors during busy periods.

About the Role
Working closely with the Workshop Controller, Service Advisors, Technicians and Warranty team, you will help coordinate the day-to-day flow of work through the service department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Workshop Controller with administration and workflow coordination
- Assisting Service Advisors with customer communications and repair updates
- Providing warranty administration and claim support
- Monitoring repair order progress and workshop activity
- Liaising with technicians regarding job status and repair timelines
- Working with the Parts Department to ensure efficient job completion
- Assisting with customer enquiries during peak periods
- Supporting quality control and vehicle handover processes
- Maintaining accurate service and warranty documentation
- Helping identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks within the service operation
