Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join Arthouse Hotel in Sydney CBD.

This is a hands-on leadership role across busy bar trade, dining, functions, corporate events and live entertainment. You’ll work alongside the Venue Manager and leadership team to lead great service, develop your team and keep this multi-level venue running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Lead shifts across bars, dining, functions and events

- Set clear priorities and keep each area moving during busy service

- Coach your team to deliver friendly, efficient and memorable guest experiences

- Coordinate with bar, kitchen and events teams to deliver well-run functions

- Manage venue administration, cash handling and daily reporting

- Uphold liquor licensing, food safety and workplace safety requirements

What we’re looking for

- Experience leading busy shifts across different areas of a pub, hotel, bar or similar venue





- A passion for great hospitality and helping your team deliver it

- Confidence moving between bar service, dining, functions and events

- A positive leadership style, sound judgement and clear communication

- Strong organisation skills and confidence with venue administration, cash management and reporting

- Current NSW RSA and availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
