Westhaven is establishing deep roots in Albury. With new clients arriving and local services expanding, we are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Team Leader to lead our growing workforce and help build our reputation for excellence in the Albury region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead & Mentor: Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of Support Workers through guidance, encouragement, and active support.
- Drive Excellence: Manage safe, high-quality, and person-centred service delivery, reporting, and safety for clients in the community.
- Establish & Grow: Play a key role in setting up and expanding Westhaven’s presence, culture, and high standards of care across the Albury region.
What You Bring
- Leadership Background: Proven experience in disability, mental health, or supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
- Advanced Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and a dedicated person-centred approach.
- Roster Flexibility: Availability for shifts starting from 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Compliance Requirements
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certifications
- Satisfactory pre-employment National Police Check
