About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage a diverse portfolio across both Commercial and Property Law and Wills & Estates, gaining hands-on file management experience and direct client contact. This is a permanent, full-time role within a growing team.

Working closely with senior practitioners and partners, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Commercial Law: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, business sale and purchase agreements, and commercial and retail leases
- Corporate Advice: Advising on corporate structuring and governance
- Wills & Estates: Preparing comprehensive estate planning suites, from standard Wills and EPAs to complex testamentary trusts
- Estate Administration: Handling Probate and Letters of Administration, and assisting with estate dispute and litigation matters
- Client Advisory:



Managing end-to-end client files, providing pragmatic legal advice and building lasting relationships with SMEs, families and high-net-worth individuals

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- 3 to 4 years PQE with practical exposure to commercial, property law and/or estate planning
- Admission as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, with a current practising certificate
- Strong legal research, drafting and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- A proactive, resilient attitude with a genuine desire to learn from senior mentors
- Excellent communication skills and the empathy required to guide clients through sensitive estate matters
