This is a part-time, after-hours role guiding qualified investors through international property investment opportunities across Southeast Asia and Europe. You work with pre-qualified, motivated investors who have proven purchasing power and are looking to change their investment strategy. The role fits alongside your current business is conducted remotely from home.
Key responsibilities
- Take appointments with pre-qualified, motivated investors
- Brief the international research team on client needs
- Present 2–3 vetted property options to match each client ( no sourcing or admin )
- Guide clients through to settlement
- Nurture and close clients from idea to execution within an 8-week timeframe
- Work within the transaction process including solicitors, trust accounts and escrow payment arrangements
About you
- Capacity for at least 3 qualified appointments a day
- Proven ability to nurture and close
- Solid grasp of property economics: market drivers, how property moves,
and long-term leasing structures
- Ability to take a client from idea, to confidence, to execution
- Willingness to work in a second CRM and sales system alongside your own
- Understanding of markets, drivers and economic cycles, and ability to explain them simply
