A role where relationships and C3MS knowledge matter
The Senior Change Network Lead situated in Keswick, plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the KidSafe Connect Program's C3MS transformation initiatives. As a key connection between the program, operational leaders and frontline staff, the role leverages established relationships and trusted networks across DCP to ensure readiness, change plans and activities are understood, communicated and effectively managed.
A key requirement of the role is a strong understanding of C3MS, including how the system is currently used across child protection operations, the challenges faced by staff and the opportunities for improvement. This knowledge, combined with existing front-line staff relationships, enables the Senior Change Network Lead to identify impacts early, gather meaningful feedback, deliver knowledge sharing engagements and support informed decision-making for ongoing readiness, change plans and activities.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with frontline staff and other relevant stakeholders across DCP
- Design and deliver engagement and communication activities that support effective transformation readiness and change outcomes
- Translate central change messages into practical local action, including training and knowledge sharing activities
- Progressively engage, prepare and train front-line staff and other relevant stakeholders to support the readiness and change strategy for the eventual C3MS replacement.
About you:
- You have significant experience using and supporting C3MS within a child protection or operational service delivery environment
- You possess a deep understanding of child protection practice, business processes and how C3MS supports case management and service delivery
- You have established trusted relationships across DCP, particularly with front-line staff, that enable you to effectively engage, influence and collaborate
- You are committed to supporting staff through change and helping build confidence, capability and readiness across the organisation
- You bring a strong customer and user-focused mindset, ensuring frontline perspectives are reflected in program planning and decision-making.
