With 33 spacious ground-floor rooms, beautifully maintained gardens and an impressive guest review score of 9.2, this is a property with a strong reputation for quality accommodation and genuine country hospitality.

This is an prospect for two people who work well together to manage an established motel while enjoying the benefits of regional living.

We welcome applications from management couples or two people experienced in working together as a team.

The Role

Working together, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the motel, with responsibilities including:

- Guest Services: Managing reservations, reception, guest enquiries, check-ins and check-outs, payments and online reviews

- Business Operations: Using GuestPoint PMS, managing revenue, daily reconciliations, reporting, banking, online travel agencies, corporate bookings and administration

- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Coordinating and supporting the housekeeping team,



maintaining room presentation, managing linen supplies, laundering of all towels and attending to routine repairs.

- Breakfast and Tour Groups: Preparing cooked breakfasts during the week and assisting with function and bus-group service when required. The Chef prepares and delivers most meals directly to guest rooms.

- Grounds and Pool: Maintaining the gardens, lawns, pool and outdoor areas to a high standard.

- Stock and Supplies: Managing orders and stock levels for guest amenities, linen, cleaning products and kitchen supplies.

About You

You will both bring:

- Motel or accommodation management experience

- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as a team of two

- Strong organisational, administrative and financial skills

- Experience with property management systems, with GuestPoint experience an advantage

- The ability to work independently, make sound decisions and maintain high presentation standards

- A practical approach and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
