Omorfia Hair is an established and growing salon brand with two beautiful locations, North Lakes on Brisbane’s Northside and Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast.

We’re now entering one of our most exciting chapters yet, with the opening of our brand-current, purpose-designed flagship salon in North Lakes!

Our beautiful new space has been thoughtfully designed to elevate the salon experience, featuring luxurious interiors, premium professional products and an environment where creativity, education and career development are encouraged.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced stylist who is passionate about their career and ready to become a valued member of the Omorfia team.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.

- Have a minimum of 4 years’ salon experience, including at least 1 year as a qualified stylist.

- Be confident and competent in colouring, cutting, styling and consultations.

- Have a genuine passion for blondes, balayage and modern colour techniques.

- Take pride in producing beautiful, consistent results.

- Be motivated to achieve personal goals and grow their clientele.

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Enjoy working in a busy, team-oriented salon environment.

- Be willing to share knowledge, support emerging stylists and contribute positively to salon culture.

- Be open to learning, professional development and embracing the Omorfia way.

- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

YOUR ROLE AT OMORFIA

As a Senior, Advanced or Master Stylist, you’ll be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional hair services, including colouring, cutting and styling.





- Providing thorough consultations and personalised recommendations.

- Building strong client relationships and encouraging client retention.

- Working towards achievable personal KPIs and performance goals.

- Recommending professional home haircare and additional services where appropriate.

- Supporting and mentoring our emerging stylists and apprentices.

- Maintaining exceptional salon presentation, cleanliness and hygiene standards.

- Contributing to a positive, professional and collaborative team environment.

- Continuing to develop your skills through ongoing education and training.
