Customer Service Operator – Part Time | Capalaba Central

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Operator to join the team at Capalaba Central.
This is a part-time position working an 8-hour shift every second Friday, making it ideal for people looking for additional work alongside an existing job, study or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers

Provide information about stores, services, promotions and events

Manage lost property and customer enquiries

Assist with centre activities and administration

Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies

About You

Previous customer service experience preferred

Friendly, professional and reliable

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confident using phones and computers





Able to remain calm under pressure

Available for an 8-hour shift every second Friday
