About the firm About the firm Our client is a well respected accounting firm with a 40 year history, a team of 74 and 19 offshore staff. They have a newly opened Brisbane CBD office alongside their northside and Sunshine Coast offices. They work with businesses across a wide range of industries and have built a strong compliance and advisory fee base. The firm runs on Xero Practice Manager.
The role This Associate Director role is designed as a stepping stone to partnership, with the Directors committed to bringing the right person through. You can be based at either the CBD or northside office. You will:
Manage a portfolio of business clients with turnover from $2M to $15M, with many up to $100M
Deliver a mix of compliance and advisory work
Lead, mentor and review the work of Managers and team members, including offshore staff
Act as a trusted advisor on tax,
structuring and business performance
Contribute to firm strategy, business development and client growth
About you Senior Manager or Associate Director experience in public practice
Strong technical knowledge across tax and business services
Proven ability to lead teams and manage senior client relationships
Ambition to step into partnership
