The Deputy Principal – Head of Primary is accountable for effectively leading and managing all aspects of the Primary School inclusive of curriculum development, major initiatives, academic and pastoral wellbeing of students and behavioural standards. They provide trusted advice, support and thoughtful educational leadership to the Principal on a range of Strategic and Operational matters. The college seeks an educator who has demonstrated a proven track record of executive or senior leadership in the independent education sector. A demonstrated pedigree of achieving excellence in education, the communication of an educational vision and passion for the development of an educational approach that meets the needs of all students, together with a proven capacity to lead, motivate and inspire staff. Key Responsibilities

Provide

strategic leadership

of the Primary School, aligned with the College’s vision, values and strategic priorities. Lead

teaching, learning and curriculum , driving high-quality educational outcomes and continuous improvement. Lead and develop

Primary staff , including performance, professional growth, wellbeing and capability. Oversee

student wellbeing, pastoral care and behaviour , fostering a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. Build robust

relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community . Contribute to

Executive Leadership , strategic initiatives, enrolment, co-curricular programs and the broader development of the College. This is an opportunity to make a
