As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through immaculate presentation standards, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to service. Working as part of our housekeeping team, you'll help ensure our guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest luxury hospitality standards.

The role and key duties

Service guest rooms and suites to Ardour brand standards;

Complete check-out cleans, stayover services, and room refreshes efficiently and thoroughly;

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, restaurants, guest facilities,



and wellness spaces;

Replenish guest amenities, linen, and room supplies;

Conduct room inspections to ensure quality and brand standards are consistently met;

Report maintenance issues, lost property, and guest requests promptly;

Assist with laundry and housekeeping operational requirements as needed;

Support the hotel's sustainability and environmental initiatives;

Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Essential criteria required to be considered

Previous experience in a housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning role, ideally from within a hotel environment;

A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards;

Strong time management and organisational skills;

The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment;

Excellent reliability, punctuality, and work ethic;

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays;

A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences;

Reliable transport to and from work.
