Key responsibilities:
Provide leadership across all project phases from concept to completion Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders Prepare project reporting, governance, procurement and contract administration Manage risks, budgets and timeframes while driving high-performance outcomes About you: 7–20+ years of experience in project leadership, client-side delivery, or advisory Background in infrastructure, commercial property, or complex built setting projects Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Property These are strategic roles with real impact—delivering infrastructure that shapes communities and drives long-term value.
