Civmec is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to step into a leadership role and own the estimating function from Henderson. This is a permanent, full time position reporting to the Group Proposals Manager, with oversight of tendering across civil, mining and resource sectors. You will lead end-to-end tendering, mentor estimators, coordinate across disciplines and engage clients to secure successful bids, contributing to Civmec’s growth and project execution.
