As we continue to grow, we’re looking for talented and passionate Commis Chefs, Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs to join our kitchen team.

The Opportunities

Whether you’re building your kitchen career or bringing experience Commis or at CDP level, we’re looking for chefs who are passionate about great food and take pride in delivering consistently high standards.

Depending on your experience, you’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing and presenting dishes consistently to Sushi Room’s high standards.

- Working confidently across your section and supporting a smooth, efficient service.

- Working with premium, fresh ingredients and exceptional produce.

- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.

- Supporting and working closely with the wider kitchen team.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie Chef.





- Are passionate about food, premium produce and delivering quality.

- Thrive in a busy, qualified and high-performing kitchen.

- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work.

- Are reliable, organised and bring a positive attitude to the team.

- Have full working rights in Australia.

- Experience in Japanese cuisine or premium dining would be highly regarded. If not, we'll train you.
