Are you a Diploma-qualified Remedial Massage Therapist looking for flexible, meaningful work where you can build genuine relationships with your clients?
Massage is Medicine is looking for caring and reliable therapists to join our mobile team, providing remedial massage to aged care and community clients across the Sunshine Coast.
About the role
You’ll provide mobile remedial massage in clients’ homes, supporting older Australians to maintain their comfort, mobility and wellbeing. We already have clients waiting to commence, so you won’t be responsible for sourcing your own clients.
We offer:
Starting rate of $55–$65 per hour including superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications
A minimum commitment of two days per week
- Approximately 10 clients per week, or around 6–7 hours per day
- Paid for the full working day at your hourly rate
- A 30-minute lunch break
- Regular clients and continuity of care
- Flexible scheduling and autonomy
- Personally vetted clients and a strong focus on therapist safety

Equipment and supplies
Massage is Medicine supplies the equipment required for the role, except for your massage table.
You’ll also receive a starter supply of consumables such as massage oil and washing liquid, with ongoing replacement of those items managed by the therapist.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high-quality remedial massage tailored to individual client needs
- Travelling to clients within your allocated service area
- Maintaining accurate and confidential treatment notes in Cliniko
- Maintaining professional hygiene and safety standards
- Communicating with clients, families and the MIM team as required
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
What you’ll need
- Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent
- Current membership with a recognised professional association
- Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Current First Aid certification
- Valid Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable, insured and roadworthy vehicle
- Your own massage table
- Robust communication and time-management skills
- A caring, professional approach and genuine commitment to client wellbeing
