About the Role!!
We are looking for an experienced Senior Bar Manager to join the team at Grand Central Tavern.
Grand Central is a large-scale sports and entertainment venue, so we are looking for someone who understands high-volume service, can lead a large team and has strong experience managing bar operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the bar
- Leading, training and managing the bar team
- Stock management, ordering, stocktakes etc
- Maintaining beverage standards and presentation
- Managing busy, high-volume services and sporting and entertainment events
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance
- Working closely with the venue management team to drive performance
About You!!
You will have:
- Previous bar management experience – essential
- Experience in a sports bar, pub,
club or large-scale hospitality venue
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organisation, computer and communication skills
- The ability to manage high-volume service under pressure
- A professional, hands-on approach and solid work ethic
Full working rights in Australia are required.
