Sales and customer support role as first point of contact for engineers, system integrators and OEMs. Product selection and pre-sales advice, troubleshooting and technical support. Working closely with customers. This is not a scripted support role. Each enquiry involves a different setup and application, making the position well suited to someone who is drawn to the troubleshooting and problem-solving side of the work.

Sales and customer support role for IIoT-related hardware, software and applications. Knowledge of MES, SCADA, OPC and IT protocols as well as OT configurations to support customer projects. Training in Kepware products provided.

Sales and customer support role specialising in PLC, HMI, Drives/Motors and power distribution. Testing and re-creating customer issues with actual equipment, replicating configurations to assist in troubleshooting.
