What you’ll do:
As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be right in the action, working alongside the Venue Manager to keep the venue running at its best.

You’ll:

- Lead from the front, run shifts with confidence and keep the energy and standards high.
- Support the Venue Manager across daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling and compliance.
- Coach, train and develop your team to build confidence, capability and exceptional guest experiences.
- Make sure every product, interaction and part of the venue meets Yo-Chi’s standards.
- Keep the venue safe, clean, compliant and looking its best.
- Drive sales, manage costs and contribute to achieving venue performance targets.
- Step up, take ownership and make things happen when it counts.

We’re looking for leaders who:

- Have leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR preferred!).
- Are people focused and passionate about creating a strong team culture.
- Love being hands on and thrive when things get busy.
- Can motivate a team while keeping standards high.
- Are organised, accountable and commercially minded.
